The personnel employed for our aforesaid Divisions are having basic education level of minimum 10th standard. All the employees are given in house training of 6 days before actual deployment at client’s location to ensure that they are fully trained to perform their duties in best possible manner. Further, specialized training is also given to security personnel to be deployed at specific locations viz. Bank/ATM’s, MNC’s, Manufacturing Industry, Technology, Corporate & Hospitality sector.

Apart from that, all the employees are further given refresher & on job training on weekly basis with total 26 training days every year for all existing employee covering specific training based on actual job profile.
